Dalyvaudamas konkurse KIGSA GRAND PRIX FOTO 2026, dalyvis patvirtina, kad visa renginio metu užfiksuota medžiaga ir/ar foto konkursui pateiktos nuotraukos tampa KIGSA nuosavybe. Organizatorius pasilieka teisę naudoti šias nuotraukas reprezentaciniais bei rinkodaros tikslais be atskiro autoriaus ar modelio suderinimo. Dalyvis atsako už tai, kad modelis sutinka su šiomis sąlygomis.

By participating in the KIGSA GRAND PRIX FOTO 2026 competition, the participant confirms that all material captured during the event and/or photos submitted to the photo competition become the property of KIGSA. The organizer reserves the right to use these photos for representational and marketing purposes without separate consent from the author or model. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the model agrees to these terms and conditions.
